Early-bird registration for the IAEVG Conference 2026 is now open, and we are truly delighted by the growing interest from the global guidance and career development community. Hosted by the Careers and Transition Education Association of New Zealand (CATE NZ), IAEVG Conference 2026 will be held from 25–27 November 2026 at the New Zealand International Convention Centre in Auckland. This major international gathering will bring together researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and educators to explore innovative practice, research, and policy in educational, vocational, and career guidance .

We are proud to announce the conference theme: Navigating the Future — inspired by the way our ancestors traversed the Pacific, guided by the stars. This theme reflects our shared journey toward new horizons in guidance theory, practice, research and global collaboration .

In addition to the rich scientific and professional programme, there will be opportunities to engage with colleagues from around the world through interactive sessions, panels, and forums designed to foster meaningful dialogue and exchange. Whether you are presenting research, sharing best practices, or building professional networks, this conference will offer an energising and thought-provoking platform for advancing career guidance globally.
